Data Retention

We retain personal and health-related information for as long as your account (or your clinic's account) remains active and for as long as needed to provide the RecoverOP service. When data is no longer required for these purposes, it is securely deleted or anonymized. Backups containing your data are retained for a limited period and overwritten on a rolling basis.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data and account at any time. To submit a deletion request, email us at support@recoverop.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. You may also request deletion through your clinic administrator.

Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain (for example, certain medical records that must be kept under HIPAA or other applicable laws). We will confirm by email once the request is complete. Deleting your data closes your RecoverOP account and removes your access to the service.
