RecoverOp didn’t start as an idea on a whiteboard.
It started with years of watching the same problem play out—over and over again.
For more than 15 years, we’ve worked closely with surgeons, clinics, and their patients in the medical industry. And one thing became impossible to ignore: patients often leave surgery feeling unsure, overwhelmed, and under-supported once they get home.

Post-op instructions get missed. Questions go unanswered. Anxiety rises.
And the systems meant to support recovery? They’re often fragmented, manual, and prone to error.
We knew there had to be a better way.
With deep experience in both medical marketing and technology development, we saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between excellent in-office care and real-world recovery at home. The result is RecoverOp—a platform designed to give patients clear guidance, reassurance, and resources exactly when they need them, while making post-operative care easier and more consistent for clinics.
We built RecoverOp—to reduce errors, improve outcomes, and give both patients and providers confidence throughout the recovery journey.
Better recovery starts with better support. And that’s exactly why RecoverOp exists.
Our Founders.
RecoverOp was founded by a brother and sister team: Ryan and Shanice Linton, bringing together two worlds that rarely connect as seamlessly as they should.
Together, that combination of medical insight and technical expertise made one thing clear: Post-op care doesn’t have to be confusing, reactive, or stressful.
